AI automation and agents · For companies with 5 to 50 people

Let AI take the busywork. Keep the human part human.

We find the one workflow worth automating, build it with your team, and agree in writing what stays human. You pay part of the fee only when it works.

A free consultation.

Bring the work that eats your week. We look at it together and decide if AI belongs there at all.

  • Where your hours go. The tasks that repeat, wait, or bounce back to you.
  • The one workflow worth automating. Where automation or an agent would help most, and where it would not.
  • What should stay human. The judgment, relationships and decisions you want people to keep.
  • A clear recommendation. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

Outcome-based pricing

You pay for results, not hours.

1 · Consultation

Find the right workflow.

One conversation about your business and where AI could help.

Free

2 · Discovery · two weeks

Measure it, then decide.

We time the workflow as it runs today, talk to the people who do it, and write down the outcome we will hold ourselves to.

Fixed fee, credited if you continue

3 · Build and adopt · 90 days

Automate it, with your team.

The automation and agents set up in tools you own, human review where it matters, and the team trained to run it.

Base fee, plus an outcome fee paid only if the target is met

Miss the target, pay nothing more. Numbers are shared on the call and written down before we start.

What counts as an outcome

Measured against where you started.

Hours backTime you or your team spend on the workflow, before and after.
Faster, cheaper, same qualityTime or cost per item, with quality checked, not assumed.
Fewer things waiting on youDecisions and approvals that no longer need the owner.
A team that runs itThe people who do the work use it, and know when to step in.

We pick one or two in discovery. Revenue and profit are your results and depend on more than this work, so they are never part of the fee.

Human-first, in writing

How we use AI with your people.

People decide what changes.

The people who do the work help redesign it. Nothing is automated around them.

What stays human comes first.

Before any automation, we write down the judgment and relationships that stay with people.

A person checks what matters.

Anything an agent sends to a customer, or decides about money or people, has a human review.

Your data stays yours.

It lives in tools you own. Nothing is used to train anything without your say.

No watching people.

We measure the workflow, never individuals.

Honest about roles.

If someone’s work will change, they hear it early, from you, with a plan.

And sometimes the answer is not to automate. If that is what we find, you will hear it in the free consultation.

Who leads it

An engineer who also coaches people.

I have led product and people as a founder and CTO, and worked as a senior solution architect at Neo4j and EY, turning business questions into systems people actually use. I am also an ICF Associate Certified Coach.

That is the point of this work: the technology and the people, in the same room.

Questions

Before you book.

What does the free consultation cover?

We look at how work actually moves through your business, pick the one workflow where automation or an agent would help most, and name what should stay human. You leave with a clear recommendation, whether or not we work together.

How does outcome-based pricing work?

Discovery has a fixed fee, credited if you continue. The 90 days have a base fee, and an outcome fee you pay only if the target we wrote down together is met at day 90. Miss it, pay nothing more. The numbers are on the call and in writing before we start.

Do you build the automation and agents?

Yes. I design the workflow and set up the automation and agents in tools you own and control. If something needs a larger custom build, I bring in a builder you pay directly, and I stay on the design and the decisions.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your accounts. Nothing is used to train anything, and nothing leaves your tools without your say.

What if the team pushes back?

Then we have found the real work. Pushback is usually a question about role or trust. The team helps decide what changes, and nothing a team member tells me reaches you with their name on it.

We are bigger than 50 people.

Then the organizations page is yours. The method is the same; the number of people who have to agree is not.
