About InsightsOut
AI changes work. People shape what happens next.
InsightsOut helps organizations, founders, and people navigate the human side of AI through leadership alignment, founder coaching, workshops, research, and applied enablement.
Why InsightsOut
AI training is not enough.
AI is moving faster than most organizations and people can make sense of it. New tools change roles, decisions, relationships, and how people understand their own value—not only how tasks get done.
The work begins with honest leadership conversations and alignment. It continues by preparing managers and teams, and becomes real when people apply what they have learned to their actual work.
Make sense of what is changing and align on direction.
Prepare managers and teams through workshops and coaching.
Apply the decisions in real workflows through enablement labs.
The practice
Technology experience. Human depth.
InsightsOut was founded by Nima Imani, an ICF-certified, ontologically trained coach with more than a decade across software, data, AI, solution architecture, and organizational transformation—including work at EY and Neo4j.
The practice brings together coaches and facilitators with backgrounds in technology, product, operations, and organizational development. That combination lets us work with both the systems being changed and the people changing them.
Nima also coaches founders directly — on decision uncertainty, and with co-founders on the working relationship at the top. Founder coaching →

For organizations, it offers leadership coaching and alignment for AI change, prepares managers and changing roles, and supports the people side of enablement. Is InsightsOut the same as the InsightsOut emotional learning app?
No. The InsightsOut emotional learning app was an earlier startup that closed in 2026; only the name carried over. Today's InsightsOut is a new company working on the human side of AI change, with organizations and with individuals, through workshops, coaching for founders and leaders, and research, in San Francisco and online.
Where do you work, and how do I start?
San Francisco and online. Organizations start with one Leadership Conversation; founders start with a free 30-minute call; anyone can come to a workshop or the Friday founder group listed on Luma.
