My role is changing and I am not sure who I need to become.

The work

Private, honest, and grounded in what is happening now.

You bring the real situation. We look at the strategy, relationships, emotions, and patterns shaping it. Then we turn insight into a decision, conversation, or practice you can use.

  • One hour private sessions
  • Zoom or in person in San Francisco
  • A steady rhythm shaped around your needs
  • Support between sessions when useful
  • A confidential space with no performance required

Questions

Straight answers before we talk.

Who do you work with?

I work with founders, managers, executives, and people stepping into a larger or changing role. Most are carrying meaningful responsibility and navigating uncertainty.

Is this coaching or consulting?

This is coaching. I bring business and technology context, but I do not hand you a generic answer. I help you see clearly, challenge assumptions, and make choices you can own.

Do I need a perfectly defined goal?

No. Many clients begin because something feels unclear, heavy, or stuck. Understanding what needs attention is part of the work.

What happens in the first conversation?

We talk about what is happening, what you are carrying, and what kind of support may help. We both decide whether working together feels right.

A private conversation

Bring the decision, tension, or question you keep carrying.

Thirty minutes. No pitch. We will understand what is happening and decide whether coaching together makes sense.
